| Situations change. Perhaps there is some reason you
need to find a new home for your parrot. Marriage, new
baby, medical reasons, move, financial situation--these
are all reasons parrots are given up and re-homed. |
| |
| |
| There is nothing wrong with admitting that you need
help or that you need to re-home your parrot. If this
is the best thing you can do for your parrot, then you
should be applauded for thinking of their needs first. |
| |
| |
| If there is a way we
can work with you to keep your parrot, that would be our
first choice. But, if you must find a new home, please
contact us. We carefully screen all potential adopters
to find the best home for your parrot. We can provide a
loving, attentive and nurturing home until we find that
perfect "forever" home. |
| |
| |
| You can contact us by e-mail or telephone. We'll be
glad to talk with you on the telephone or if you're in
the area, to sit down and talk with you. Visits to our
Bird Haven are always welcome. |
| |
| |
| If you need to re-home your parrot, we can send you
pictures and updates about your bird. We welcome phone
calls to check and see how things are going. If your
parrot is adopted we can request that the family
adopting your parrot send you updates on how your parrot
is adjusting to his new family if you wish. |
